Terms of Service

Welcome to plnk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of plnk (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use plnk.

1. The Service

plnk lets you create a “link in bio” page to share your links, content, and offers, and to see analytics about how it performs. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most of plnk. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use plnk.

3. Your content

You own the content you add to your page: your text, images, links, and products. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service. You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use plnk to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• post malware, spam, phishing, or content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• impersonate others or mislead people;
• disrupt or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove pages that violate these Terms or that create risk for us or others.

5. Fees, plans & payments

plnk offers a free plan and paid plans. We charge 0% transaction fees: when you sell through your page, we don’t take a cut. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges, and paid features remain until the end of your billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cancellation & termination

You can stop using plnk and delete your page at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can export your data before leaving (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that plnk will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, plnk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use plnk after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
